I chose to study the MA Education because I wanted to further develop my understanding of the arts in education. The University of Exeter has a very good international reputation and very high quality teaching and resources, that support the development of the individual students, along with the lectures knowing you as a person not just as a number. I've really enjoyed learning about the new theories and research which is being undertaken by the University tutors along with discovering the pieces of the jigsaw that make up my pedagogical ideas about education and the arts. Although the course is hard work, it is really rewarding and the opportunities and understanding I have developed throughout the course has supported my own passion for the arts along with opening my eyes to the new ways and experiences that can be achieved and used through the combinations of the arts.
